In July there will be a series of insight and skills sessions covering everything from entry routes to how to write a CV. Lasting one hour they will give valuable understanding in to what Arcadis has to offer.

There will be opportunities to ask questions and you can register for all the sessions or just the ones that suit you.

If you're aged 19-24 you could enrol on the Career Foundations eight-week work preparation programme. This fully-funded programme includes a two-week work placement and upon completion you will have gained a range of skills including:

  • exposure to a professional working environment
  • a professional CV and interview preparation 
  • support to pass maths and English qualifications 
  • soft IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Graduates can do a four to eight week remote instructor-led practical training course to prepare them for the working world. This is followed by a placement with a top financial institution, where you'll be at the heart of their tech activities. After that, most graduates progress to a permanent position with the organisation.  

They also host webinars throughout the year. As well as partnering with Warwick University as part of their virtual internship, working with universities across the world to help students develop employability skills
